Therapy is an investment in your healing.
Clarity around structure and cost supports safety, trust, and ease.
Below you’ll find an overview of my current fees, supervision, and commitments to transparency.

Session Fees

Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $150

Family Therapy (75 minutes): $180

Child Therapy (45 minutes): $100

Sliding Scale: Limited spots are available based on financial need—please inquire during your consultation.

I do not accept insurance at this time but can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Consultation

I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation to explore whether working together feels right for you. This gentle conversation allows us to connect, discuss your needs, and review logistics before scheduling your first session.

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is reserved specifically for you.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Under federal law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining the expected cost of your therapy.
You will receive this estimate prior to beginning services and at any time upon request.

Telehealth & Scope of Practice

All sessions are conducted virtually for clients physically located in California at the time of session. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
