Sacred Unfolding
A sacred space for healing, integration, and reconnection.
Therapy is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what has always been whole within you and within your relationships. This approach is relational, somatic, and spiritually integrated — honoring the body, mind, soul, and relational systems that shape how we experience safety, connection, and belonging.
Whether you are moving through grief, navigating life transitions, longing to reconnect with your inner child, seeking deeper connection in your partnership, or working through family patterns, we meet what is present with compassion and curiosity.
This practice supports adults, couples, children, and families, offering Telehealth sessions for California residents in English, Spanish and Dutch.

Children often communicate through movement, art, or play rather than words. In therapy, we follow their natural ways of expressing emotion and experience. Together, we create a gentle space where feelings can be explored safely, curiosity is encouraged, and self-trust begins to grow.
Focus areas:
• Emotional regulation and anxiety
• Play and creative expression as healing tools
• Support for sensitive or highly attuned children
• Adjusting to family or life transitions
• Building resilience and self-confidence -
Honoring the stories that live within us.
Our histories live in the body and in the ways we love, protect, and relate. In therapy, we can gently explore inherited patterns, family dynamics, and intergenerational wounds that influence the present.
This work may include Family Constellations-informed reflection, somatic awareness, and compassionate inquiry to help bring clarity to the patterns you carry — not with blame, but with tenderness and understanding.
Through awareness, compassion, and reflection, we open the possibility for transformation — turning pain into meaning, connection, and strength.
