Frequently Asked Questions Gentle guidance for your journey inward.

  • Our first session is a space to slow down, get to know one another, and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore what feels most alive or tender for you right now, discuss what you hope to receive from therapy, and gently outline how we might work together. There’s no need to prepare anything—you can come exactly as you are.

  • It’s completely natural to feel nervous, especially when beginning something new. Therapy invites vulnerability, and it’s okay to take your time. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, grounded, and safe for you—there’s no expectation to share everything at once.

  • Not at all.
Some people come with a clear focus; others simply feel a quiet pull toward healing or change. Part of our early work together is discovering what’s calling for attention, compassion, or care. You don’t have to have the words for it yet—just the willingness to begin.

  • I work with adults, children, and families navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, relational wounds, cultural identity, and spiritual integration. My approach is relational, somatic, and trauma-informed—rooted in compassion and respect for each person’s story and pace.
I offer therapy in English and Spanish.

  • At this time, I offer therapy virtually via Telehealth for clients physically located in California at the time of session. Telehealth allows for flexibility, privacy, and the comfort of meeting from your own space.

  • We’ll meet through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Before each session, you’ll receive a private link via email. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space and a stable internet connection. Many clients find that Telehealth offers the same depth of connection as in-person work.

  • Yes. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients experiencing financial hardship.
We can talk about availability and options during our initial consultation.

  • You don’t need certainty to begin—just curiosity. If you’re wondering whether therapy could help, a complimentary 20-minute consultation is a gentle way to connect, ask questions, and feel into whether this space is right for you.

  • You can start by scheduling a complimentary 20-minute consultation through my contact page. From there, we’ll set a time to meet virtually, explore what you’re seeking, and determine whether this feels like a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session and I’ll send intake forms to complete before we begin.

  • If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. While I hold space for deep healing, I do not provide emergency or crisis services.
